These gates provide an evaluation point for customers and their Professional Services point team member to ensure the project is progressing before moving on to the tasks in the next stage.
In addition to the specific gates, your company will also be assigned a unique profile with continual access to project leader information, technical support, and updates.

- Fast problem solutions
- Product installation assistance
- Access to Web SPR database
- Six-month reports on open and closed calls
