Responsible for the management & direction of our projects involving designing, developing & implementing of DevEX solutions. In depth understanding and working knowledge of PLM applications in the food industry, related data structures and models, application programming interfaces, and process capabilities. Define and document business processes, identify solution gaps, and identify creative solutions. Masters with one year exp./Bach or equivalent with 5 years experience; 40hrs; 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Minimum salary - $85,000/ yr

Project Manager (New York, NY-US)

The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic, goal-driven, and motivated individual, willing to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. The candidate must be a ‘self-starter’ and be willing to work with minimal direction. Depending on location, the candidate will work remotely with trips to the office, or work in the office during business hours. The candidate will manage, perform, and assist in the deployment of Selerant’s solutions for its clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Manage relationships at various levels of client and project organization.

·       Develop and manage resources, budgets and project timelines.

·       Managing direct and indirect project team members in a variety of functions and levels.

·       Configure and customize Selerant solutions in line with requirements.

·       Identify and develop aspects of Selerant implementation methodology as part of overall continual improvement initiatives.

·       Identify process improvement opportunities within Selerant organization and develop/implement them to better the overall efficiency.

·       Define and document business processes, identify solution gaps, and identify creative solutions.

·       Provide sales support.

Requirements:

·       3 to 7 years’ experience consulting to clients and/or implementing PLM/ERP solutions highly desirable.

·       Experience with product development and/or supply chain in the food, beverage, chemical, or other process centric industries highly desirable.

·       Strong presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.

·       Previous project management experience is preferred.

·       Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

·       Programming and logic skills desired (modern development environments such as C#, JAVA, C++, other .NET languages preferred).

·       Experience developing with, using, and/or administering modern database software (such Oracle or MS SQL preferred).

·       Team player; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

·       Strong personal motivation and excellent work ethic and attitude.

·       Ability to travel; Periods of travel can be 60 - 100%, other times 25%. Occasional international travel may be required.

·       Related college degree or equivalent experience is preferred. MBA or graduate degree desirable.

PLM Consultant (Chicago, IL-US)

Depending on location, the candidate will work primarily at a client site with trips to the office, remotely with trips to the office, or work in the office during business hours. The candidate will perform, and assist in the deployment of Selerant’s solutions for its clients.

·       Design, develop, document, and test C#/.NET applications as part of overall DevEX solution.

·       Configure and customize Selerant solutions in line with requirements.

·       Define and document business processes, identify solution gaps, and identify creative solutions.

·       Serve are primary technical and application contact at various Selerant’s client sites.

·       Manage relationships at various levels of client and project organization.

Requirements:

·       2 to 5 years experience consulting to clients and building applications using modern development environments (C#, JAVA, C++, other .NET languages).

·       Experience developing with, using, and/or administering modern database software (such Oracle or MS SQL preferred).

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.

·       Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
