A SELERANT Business Development Manager for cosmetic & personal care is specialized in sales of products and services, business and partner development, various levels of business & systems consulting and client relationship management at the executive level in the Cosmetic Business of Selerant.

Major areas of responsabilities:

  • Focuses on business growth of Selerant sales in cosmetic market
  • Collaborates with territorial Selerant sales organization to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
  • Appropriately manages client expectations in conjunction with product management teams
  • Builds the definition of yearly market budget and business plan
  • Collaborates with Solution Management Dept. in developing and maintaining our portfolio of service offerings and roadmap

ACCOUNTANT

Location: New York City office

As an Accountant, you will be part of the Operations Team and responsible for various operational finance tasks including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, bank reconciliations and reporting. You will also participate in HR activities, such as payroll entry and deduction reconciliation. This position provides support to the Senior Operations Manager and COO, including the production of requested reports and analysis. You will be expected to identify problems and independently research and recommend solutions.

Major Areas of Responsibilities:

    • Journal Entries
    • Bank Reconciliations
    • Intercompany Transactions

REGULATORY AFFAIR SPECIALIST (FOOD LEGISLATION)

Location: Milan area.

As a Regulatory Affair Specialist you’ll analyze, collect and maintain up-to-date regulatory in the food legislation area. You’ll also provide proactive internal support to the Scientific and Regulatory Affairs group and the Selerant Engineering team on matters related to the structure, integration and use of the data, for search and compliance evaluation in Selerant software and applications.

You’ll Provide both internal expertise for the development/improvement of regulatory compliance solutions and support customers in their implementation. The candidate will analyze current usability and functional issues in the applications and provide suggestions and solutions to improve the user’s perception of the software/applications. Part of your role will be to maintain an awareness of the global regulatory environment and pro-actively provide advice on trends and business impacts and to maintain relations with regulatory bodies and industry associations.

Major areas of responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned activities in a reliable, accurate and timely manner

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST

Location: Milan area.

As a Selerant Functional Business Analyst within the Professional Services Department, you will be responsible for the innovative business and functional requirements lifecycle, including the requirements collection from various inputs, the business and functional requirements definition and design, the requirements alignment and harmonization, their prioritization based on the product vision, and the development monitoring through the agile methodology.

  • Assist with the business case definition for new innovation proposals
  • Work with the Product Owner and others to clearly understand and document the customer requirements, and associated business processes and behaviors
